This Privacy Policy applies to mewela (“มีเวลา”, “we”, “us”) at mewela.com and app.mewela.com, and to Meta / Facebook apps we operate for the same product (including apps used with our Business Managers). It explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can delete it.

1. Information we collect

• mewela account: name, email, hashed password.
• From Meta when you connect Facebook or a System user token: public profile ID and name; ad accounts; Pages; Business Managers; Pixels; campaigns, ad sets, ads; ad insights — only the permissions you grant (public_profile, ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_ads).
• Access tokens issued by Meta so we can call the Marketing API on your instruction.
• Ad creatives you upload, and customer/lead data your business stores in mewela.
• LINE Official Account tokens you paste, used only to send play-pass messages you configure.

We do not ask for, and do not store, your Facebook password, private messages, or friend lists.

2. How we use information

• Show your ad accounts, Pages, and results in your dashboard.
• Create and manage ads through the official Meta Marketing API, only when you ask the system to do so.
• Check ads against Meta advertising policies.
• Send Conversions API events to your Pixel (personal data is hashed with SHA-256 first).
• Operate partner-share workflows so your business can run ads on accounts and Pages you shared with our Business Manager.

We do not sell, rent, or use your data to advertise for others. We use Facebook data only to provide the mewela product you signed up for, in line with the Meta Platform Terms.

3. Storage and security

• Access tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM before they are stored.
• Data is stored on servers in Singapore and sent only over HTTPS.
• Only teammates you add to your mewela workspace can see that workspace.
• We keep data while the account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Sharing

We send data to Meta Platforms as needed to run the actions you request. We use infrastructure providers (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare) under confidentiality terms. We disclose other data only if the law requires it.

5. Your rights and deletion

You may view, correct, or delete your data at any time. Disconnect Facebook in mewela under “เชื่อมบัญชีโฆษณา”, or remove the app under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. Full steps: https://mewela.com/data-deletion.
